All course fees must be paid in advance according to the payment instructions provided by R.A Institute of Quran Learning.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

All refund requests will be reviewed by the management of R.A Institute of Quran Learning before approval.

If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, the student should inform the institute in advance. Depending on availability, the institute may offer a rescheduled class.

Rescheduling requests are subject to teacher availability.

6. Cancellation by the Institute

R.A Institute of Quran Learning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unavoidable circumstances such as technical issues, teacher availability, or other operational reasons.

In such cases, students will be offered:

• A rescheduled class, or
• A suitable alternative solution

7. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution used.

Refunds are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval.
